Unsere Philosophie
Bei der PWF Kunststofftechnik produzieren wir auf 50 elektrischen und hydraulischen Engel-, ARBURG- und BATTENFELD- Spritzgießmaschinen mit einer Schließkraft von 150 kN bis 4.000 kN in Schichten an sieben Tagen in der Woche. Unsere Spritzgießmaschinen sind alle mit Farbdosiergeräten und CNC Robotern zur Teileentnahme und Nest-getrennten Ablage in Kartons auf Förderbändern ausgerüstet.
Wir verarbeiten im Jahr rund 700 Tonnen technische Kunststoffe, darunter PBT, PA 6, PA 66, PEI, PVDF, PEEK, PPS und PPSU. Die Materialien werden in zentralen Siloanlagen mit Übertrocknungsschutz getrocknet und anschließend über ein geschlossenes Materialförderungssystem zu den Spritzgießmaschinen transportiert.
Zur termingerechten Realisierung von Kundenaufträgen setzen wir das ERP-System Microsoft Dynamics NAV und das MDE-System von Arburg ein, die uns eine transparente und aktuelle Übersicht über den jeweiligen Produktionsfortschritt geben.
